Water leak back seat floor passenger side
Before thinking its solely the sunroof drains check out the water ingress TSB that was issued by Jaguar.
I had two X350's and both suffered the same water ingress problem at the rubber moulding behind the rear passenger door.
Easy fix. I'd do that first.
Also, plan on removing the passenger seat and lifting up the carpet and vet vac the foam insulation beneath the carpet to avoid mold.
Also, check your front sunroof drains. These are very easy from the top looking forward. If you cannot see them take some weed whacker line and protrude near each corner, go about 3' in then rinse with some hot water. (Pour slowly)
In addition to above, check your seals that run from the front windshield to the rear door. The chrome strip. There are rubber seals that on mine moved and created a gap. My gap was about 2/3 back of the rear window - my water location was rear driver side seat. You should check the same, but on the passenger side if the other sources are fine.
I checked and cleaned all other leak spots and still had issues. It was not until I saw the seal had moved and corrected it did my problems stop.

I sealed the door weather strips, opened the 4 sun roof drains and the car still leaks into the rear passenger foot well.
It appears as if the water bypasses the front seat carpet by going under three ducts that open into the floor under the front seat
I put paper towels in the ducts but they stay dry when it rains.
If I cover the windshield with a tarp, the car is dry during the rains. Could this be the windshield that is leaking?
I need suggestions
Thanks

Post pictures of what you sealed. Is the drain connection left front by windshield under the plastic cover connected? Is this area clear of any leaves ...?
Has the windshield been replaced? How long has this been going on? If it is something new - unconnected to a windshield replacement then that would point away from the windshield and towards a clogged drain, damaged drain line, failed seal. How long have you had the car?
Get some quality wide masking tape and tape the windshield seams then test w water. Remove and test with water. Use a hose and target the area.
Use masking tape as it will be easier to remove and should not harm the paint or leave residue.

Read the TSB on water ingress and tackle each one associated with the rear foot well water ingress.
Two areas that water finds it's way. The trunk and the rear door. Not the seal but areas behind the seal area. The TSB points these critical areas out.
If the front of your passenger seat is wet that's a different issue and is ingressing from the front of the car.
abonano what you are saying is almost right. I had water in the left rear foot well. I checked all the TSBs, cleaned the drains and still had water. [I never found a TSB addressing my issue - I found all the ones posted on this forum and went through them - maybe I missed the one I am about to describe.] If there is a TSB describing such you are 100% correct - my error.
Mine ended up being the chrome above the doors starting at the windshield and going to rear window affixed to the body - not the doors. There are two seals under it. The longest one starts around the hood a area and ends at rear passenger door - the second one starts on rear passenger door and goes to the rest of the door (all on the body not the door, under the chrome). The long one on mine was sliding forward, opening up a gap. So water channeling the span would dump at the rear door, in the gap. I have posted photos of this if one looks up my profile. The actual door seals were/are intact and not the issue. From there through the gap it was straight down onto the rear footwell area. Once I slid the seal back and sealed it with a dab of silicon so it would not move the leak went away. Seeing what I found it makes perfect sense of what was happening and why the seal was put there. Basically any water on the roof has to drain - for water that hits the chrome drain path it will either go forward or backwards. My problem was the backward flow.

Carlos is thinking his windshield is leaking. To eliminate this using a hose and tape will answer the question. With a picture of the tarp set up that works for him the forum can provide better guidance.

From what I could observe, any water leak in my case went down remaining outside the cabin. I guess that it can evacuate outside down the door
Sealing around the plug did not help. The car is always parked nose up, so no water has gotten under the front seat. So today I slowly poured a quart of water in to the sunroof surround (in case the drains were clogged). I took a while but a steady stream of water came out just a head of the rear wheel. So I assumed the drain was working. I then removed the rear seat bottom and back. Water is coming in higher than the plug there is wetness in the C-pillar area. Seats and sound deadening on the right side were soaked. They are vertical and in the sun drying out. Looking up I see there is staining around the grab handle/rear light and its wet. I'm going back out not to remove that.
So maybe it is the sunroof drain even though it seemed to be flowing. Could be a partial clog? This came up suddenly. I haven't used the car much since I've been working from home. It sat in the driveway unmoved from April to August. When I started using it in August the back was dry. I live in the NYC area so we get rain at least once a week. I used it a little in September and did not notice water back there until end of October. Once I noticed it I've been chasing the solution and shop vac'ing it out after every storm and trying different solutions. A single rain storm will put better than an inch of water back there, so the leak is large and developed in September or October.
I'll report back once I get the light out. I hope I don't need to remove the headliner (its not drooping at all) to fix the leak.

sunroof could be plugged i vaccumed mine and fixed this issue
I found the problem after I drove for 4 hours and no rain. It was the air conditioner condenser drain that was plugged.
The mechanic had to remove the transmission to get to the drain under the car.
