i cant find this in owners manual i downloaded thank you to this site for the manual. 2005 xj8l , i found a small switch with
an i/o on it on left side bottom of dash in little storage pocket. . Can anyone tell me what its for ? and unrelated my
driver side mirror does not work but right side does. i took door panel off and wire to mirror has 14 wires in connector.
i want to order new mirror but they want to know if i have auto folding mirrors , im not sure if i do? How do i tell? Owners
manual shows small button in front of mirror adjust buttons but i do not have that .

 

If it is just a case that the mirror does not adjust then you may just need the mirror motor that you can get on ebay.
