Hey Guys,

So I had the motor replaced to my 04 XJR after that nightmare with it throwing a rod, and blowing the head. The car was running fine but it had a coolant seep. Apparently that coolant seep was coming from the intercooler radiator, and that now needs replacement.

PROBLEM: Just got a call from the Mechanic and he tells me that Jaguar no longer makes this product, and he cannot seem to locate one anywhere.

Anyone know where I can find an "early model intercooler radiator" for an 04 XJR?

If not, my mechanic Mike at Global Auto Care in Ottawa has always come through.

 

I would get a good used one if there are no new ones. This is an failure I have not heard of before, so a used one should be okay.

So my mechanic has sent it out to a radiator shop to see if it can be repaired. Supposed to have word Monday. It's now day 8 of no car. On top of the 2 months prior. This is pretty frustrating! She literally is my beautiful disaster!
