Default Wipers, unpark after starting

At times, after starting the car the wipers come up and I have to cycle them to park again? Doesn't happen every time but maybe once in 10 starts?
I'm wondering if this is an indication of another problem or a module going bad?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Some of the motors just seem to loose their bearings.
Seem to forget where the parking position is.
Replaced mine with a good used unit.

A number of people have experienced wipers not parking, including myself. It's only very occasional for me, too difficult, so I did nothing about it.

Culprit found! Bad ground behind right headlight! Repaired the ground attachment and all is well!
