Why not go to Tire Rack.com and look at the offerings? There is enough info there that you can make a better decision than what someone heremight think. I always look there before buying tires to get the latest information and reviews. There is a sale on Pirelli P-0's now for $124. I would be tempted by that one, many of these tires are in the $200-$300 and up bracket.

 

Pirelli tires are good tires, but I have found them to be very noisy tires. I have them on my XJ.
I had to replace the tires on my XK and found Riken Tires (Riken Raptor)at about half the cost of the other performance tires. They are very quiet too.

 

THe P zeros on closeout seem like a deal however id also consider the Kumhos for even less! ive had great luck with them on my cars and they will prob be the replacements for the Toyos that came with my car. Not only does tire rack rate Kumho extremely high, so has consumer reports with their scientific testing methods.

 

Well i own a 2005 jag super v8 that came with pirelli p rosso tires , i recently changed them to TOYOS PROXYS .they were highly recommended. road noise is fair ,but last longer than the pirellis. however they are quite pricey.

I prefer Mich. tires for thier overall smooth ride and low noise level.

 

I have 20 inch Sepangs, with Michelin tire's at the present. I find them noisy, have got a set of,
265-35-20 YOKOHAMA AVS V102 SPORTAs a spare set, have read a lot of good stuff about them, they are 300 k rated. Anyone know or tried them, they are one size larger, but within specs.
