Lately, the airbag warning light will SOMETIMES come on a few seconds after I start my 95 XJ6 VP. If I immediately restart the car, the light will not come on. There are times the warning light will not come on at all. I do not have a dealership to read the code. What is likely the problem? The car runs perfectly with no other warning lights on. During the times the light is on, the voltage is perfect on the gauge as well.

Any guidance sincerely appreciated.

There is a how to in the archives describing air bad diagnostics. I cannot put my hand on immediately, but it is there somewhere!

 

I searched for over a hour trying to find the airbag diagnostics but could not find it. The link would be appreciated.

There is a link in the "How to Section" but unless you know it's there it's very difficult.
