Any good auto repair shop can do '97VDP coil & shocks?
Hi all,
I am looking to have rear coil springs and shocks replaced on a 97 VDP. Will any good car shop be able to do it, or should I look for the ones that have done Jaguars?
Also, I have been collecting parts for the job.
Do you think all is covered for rear shocks and coil springs work?
Monroe 39028 (2) - Rear Shocks - Received
KYB Europe RC5326 (2) - Rear Spring Coils - Received
MOOG K90409 (2) - Rear Coil Spring Seat - Expected Tuesday
Lemforder 1193701 (2) - Subframe mount - Received
KYB SM5358 (2)- Coil Spring Insulator - Received
Thank you

I have a shop that charges me $75 to $95 an hour depending on the size of the job. He has ASE certified mechanics. His bills are equal to, or less than, what he quotes. If you need a tow it's free with repairs. Today he is doing a major list of repairs for me. I checked his parts pricing. Some are a little higher than I could find. The expensive ones are cheaper than the ones I could find.
I don't have a basic problem with taking my car to the dealership, but I don't call. I'm afraid they will charge me.
