I'm sorry, I know this has been covered before but this
TRIPLE QX ATF Dexron II 5 Litre
is OK for my 4 speed autobox X300 3,2 1995 - right? It says it's DIID spec.

Yep.
The 4HP22 in the 3.2 calls for NO special fluid of any sort.
I use Synthetic Multi Vehicle ATF in all of them, its jsut easier on the stocks in the shed, and the memory of whats in what car, too hard.
