Default C1095

Hi all greetings from sunny hot Hailsham.I have the dreaded c1095 abs fault .I have the chance to buy a tested ABS pump and modulator .The numbers on the new and old pump are the same but I am unsure of the difference between LNA2210AA and LNA2210AB on the modulator .Can someone enlighten me .My Vin ends810413 and I have not got traction control Regards Alec

The pump is almost never at fault. It's the solder on the pins in the abs unit. The pins are too large a heat sink and the result is a cold solder joint that eventually fails. Check the resistance across the socket of the pump, I think it should be 4 ohms or more, not sure of the exact number. I have a spare that is 12 ohms.

You can send the module out for repair or open the case and DIY.

or a short quick thump on the side also may turn off the light and then you will know its the solder joint, I have been doing this for several years, once or twice a year:-) one of the more experienced members suggested this method............
