Cleaning out sunroof drains? Best way?

Cleaning out sunroof drains? Best way?
Fairly certain my drains are plugged, tried using some thicker wire and running it down from inside the sunroof area but was wondering if anyone here has a more effective way to clean them out?
Also, where do the drains empty out at? I imagine I should clean from that end as well.
Are their rear drains I can access?
Cheers all!

There is a drain from the sunroof in each front wheel opening, near the rear of the opening behind the tire. A location that can pick up mud quite easily. The rear drains come out from under the car near the rear axle area. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please! I haven't cleaned my own. Not much rain here!

The best way is to blast them out with some compressed air then check they are clear by pouring a little water in them and ensure that it comes out under the car.
You may want to check the sunroof motor too. Jag sent out a TSB about the sunroof leaking
