Clear fluid leak?
I may be over reacting but I've been monitoring a power steering fluid leak and today after going out for a drive I noticed a stream of fluid coming out from under the car. I can't pinpoint where it's coming from but it's a clear fluid that I believe is water. Hopefully just AC condensation. Is there a typical place that drips out of? It's currently dripping down a couple of feet behind the front tires. It looks like it's evaporating so I'm pretty sure that must be it. It's got me paranoid because I was just about to go on an hour and a half trip is a little while.
Run the car around with the A / C off and there should be no condensation dripping from the evaporator / heater core / matrix area
You can pull a fuse to ensure the compressor is not engaged
If radiator fluid will have color and bittersweet taste and slippery
I have another car that has a partial blockage of the evaporator drain line flow rate that once at a stop finally will drain out a lot of backed up condensed water , scarry
