Default Cooling Fan Mounting Help

First newby help needed. How or what keeps the bottom of the cooling fan assembly from just flopping back and forth? It looks like there are slots for some sort of "clips" or something in the lower mount that the radiator sits in but, I can't find anything on an OEM Jag parts site that have exploded parts diagrams.

Check this out:

I don't remember any clips when I changed mine, I thought it just sat in a channel at the bottom with the two bolts at the top keeping it from moving

You may be right, maybe I've got it mixed up with my Excursion. I just know there is no need to mess with fasteners at the bottom during R&R. Whether they are of the sort that can escape and then must be replaced....I'll find out sometime today when I uncover the Spruce car - have the radiator out presently, so should get a good shot of whatever is there to support it.

Default I was right, after all....

It IS U-clips, but they are mounted to the aft lower edge of the radiator, not the crossmember:

3 of them, Middle and both sides

This makes perfect sense. I will have a closer look but, I believe mine are missing and the only thing securing my radiator are the two upper bolts. Without these clips, and the case with my radiator, the radiator will "pendulum" on just the two top bolts. The bottom swings fore and aft without these clips holding it to the radiator.

Next question is, are these available from anywhere other than the dealership?
