In 1996 when Daimler celebrated its 100 Year, there was a limited edition (800) of 6 pewter Models available.
Does anybody knows where I can get such a set and who was the producer? (Danbury?)

Hi, I have this set of 6 cars, had to buy them from Jaguar/Daimler direct IIRC, saw an invitation flyer at the 1996 UK Motor Show. They came as a subscription and were pretty expensive, more than £100 each

i have set numbered 204 with the certificate, all in original boxes, in fact they’ve never been removed from the boxes, if you’re still looking for a set please DM me

Give me a day or two, been taking things out of storage and going through them. Found 5 of the 6 plus the certificate in one crate, I know I have the other one so guess will trip over that in next tranche. They’ve never been out of the boxes, but guess if I want to sell them I’ll need to take them out carefully to photograph anyway

What a fantastic set! I hadn't heard of it before. Looks to be valuable now, particularly as a complete set. Did you make the buy Jagboi?? I want one too! Love that the series ends with the Daimler X300.

 

No, wasn't me looking to buy. I'd never heard of the set before, so I was curious to see them.
