I have ELM327 for basic OBD scanning, but it looks like I need something Jaguar-specific for TPS calibration and dealing with idle issues.

I looked at Mogoose JLR, http://www.obd365.com/wholesale/da-v...interface.html and various knock-offs (Jaguar Land Rover Diagnostics equipment | British Diagnostics). Looks like they work for X308 and up. Is there an inexpensive hardware option that works with X300 and Jaguar software, and if so - where can I get it?

I read "1-242NAS" Administration bulletin and I am got confused about it stating that "Vehicle Line fully supported apart from flash programming of AJ16, AJ26, and AJ27 ECMs." I thought that AJ16 GEMS 6 used eeproms that were replaceable but not field-programmable? Or does this mean that changing things stored in the NVRAM of the GEMS ECM (like TPS sensor calibrations and so on) is not supported with Mongoose JLR?
