Default Door Panel Clips

Is there anything special about the clips that hold the door panel on? at least one of mine is broken and I will need some replacements when I start repairing it.

Shouldn't be anything special, other than you will need the right size/configuration.

Should be a typical nylon "Christmas tree", with whatever special 'head' it needs to clip into the door card.

As long as you can match the original up to the various generic types found at any chain parts store it should work fine. I also find that some of the specialty body/paint shops that also sell to the public have almost exact parts like this, often slightly better fit than the generics at the chain parts stores.

The door panel clips are a little different to my previous experience, the bit that goes into the door frame is indeed the "christmas tree" type, but the door panel end has a kind of "hook" that clips onto a metal pin molded into the door panel, then you snap the whole lot into the door.

I bought a load of these door clips for my car a few years back when I bought it, they were pretty cheap but I can't remember where I got em..... As it turned out I only needed about 6 of them, so I have a bunch left over, but I don't think I wanna sell em.

The part number is KZC100007, I just checked and I have 15 of em left over. Google it, they're about $0.69 each.

Yup, that's the one. Note that they come packaged in bags of 5 qty. When I ordered mine I figured, what the hell, I'll order 2 dozen of them.

Delivery arrived in bags of five, with one bag busted open to remove one to complete my order of 24.... lol
