Question Door puddle light lens - how to install & remove

While doing some other work on the car this weekend, where I was eye level with the bottom of the doors, I noticed that the passenger (RH) door "puddle" light lens didn't appear to be fully seated flush up into the door panel.

I pushed on it a bit and it seemed to 'click' in a little, but it bounced back out.

Before I pushed and tugged on it anymore and then succeed in breaking it.... can someone offer a quick "how to" on how this lens comes off properly, and similarly how it installs?

.

Al

On the front doors there is a plastic tang that holds the light. It can be accessed with a small screwdriver from the bottom of the light - there is a small access hole.

On the rear doors there is a quarter turn screw in the door pocket immediately above the light.
