Hello everyone,
Does anyone know where I can get the proper cable for my interior door? The one I received from Welsh Enterprises did not have the correct fittings/ferrule at the latch end. Here's an image of what it should look like, with the correct groove in the cable ferrule and the correct diameter of the end fitting.

If need to the left will fit on the right

but a rear door will not fit on a fwd door , different lengths

there was some sort of a circlip on the cable aft end

 

I replaced that cable on the front left (US Drivers side) of my 97 VDP. I ordered a replacement cable which still needed a bit of tweaking to work. You can see my pics and notes under my user- name VickTrader an album called "Door lock cylinder connector rod I cant remove" . If still needed, I might have a few some more specific pics, tewaks, and sources of that cable.
