Smile electrical issue - headlights comes on when applying brakes

I just bought a 95 XJ6 a few weeks ago and noticed that when I apply my brakes my drivers side headlights illuminate and the light icon on my dash comes on. When I release pressure on the brakes the lights go off. Any suggestions

Jack,

I've moved your thread from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to the X300 section.

This is the place for technical questions about your vehicle. It should get more views and a quicker response here.
