John,

I never like to see a thread title like this because it's always bad news. Hope no one was injured.

Put the pics up and you'll get some good advice on repair options. At least being able to drive it home is some reason for optimism.

Thank you for your concern Graham. Thankfully nobody was injured and I am grateful that I got it home. It happened about a mile from my house on a road i take nearly everyday. It was rainy and the back end slipped out and into the guardrail I went. utter incompetence on my part. I feel awful. Ill make sure to get the pics up soon!

thanks

Tough break but things could be worse, obviously :-)

"Worth it?" how, exactly?

The market value is low on these cars so it wouldn't take much for repairs to exceed the cash value of the car. Not worth it.

OTOH, if you love the car and the damage isn't too terrible, it may be "worth it" to fix it from a more personal standpoint.

Cheers

So sorry to hear John.

As Graham says, its never good when you see a thread with that title.

Hopefully you can get it repaired at a decent cost and keep her running.
Obviously anything we can do to help, please let us know.....

thanks graham I appriciate the help. It seems like everything is fixable but the only thing that concerns me is the left back door. it seems like it bent alittle and the door is definitly outta alignment with the front door and rear fender. does anyone know what may have caused this. any input would be great

the damage is clearly visible in this pic
