Identifying XJ6 powersteering rack by casting numbers,
I have an XJ6 powersteering rack RHD from a wreckers but no Vin numbers etc this rack needs a rebuild so I need to identify it and then order a kit for it.
The Pow-A-Rak pinion end casting number is HB27851 the other end casting is HBOO241.
If one of you kind gentlemen could help me out with this please it would be appreciated.

X300 XJ6 ? of the years 94.5 to 97 ?
Don't know if you need the casting # but someone took a pic of the hard to get to data plate
So , you see the 7852 primary whole unit part # someone took a pic of and I hope this helps , not known if this is a servo version or not
You can get power steering fluid from above rack at the under reservoir fittings that get blown everywhere miss leading to think it is the rack , you can cut off an inch or so of old hose for some fresh meat
