Interchangeability of 4HP24
Dears:
Being both ZF 4HP24, are the auto transmissions of X300 4.0 NA and AJ6 XJS 4.0 interchangeable? What I've gathered besides both trannies are 4HP24, is that one is 1043030056, and the other 1043030059. Does that mean anything?

I don't know the answer to your question, but you might be able to deduce the answer by checking the bell-housing part numbers and Transmission Control Module (TCM) part numbers for the two models at jaguarclassicparts.com.
