Yes they made 4-seaters, with reclining rear seats. This is pretty deep into Daimler territory.
The reclining seats with full center console were only for the Daimler Century cars. Made in 1996 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Daimler, they made 100 V12's and 100 6 cylinder cars. In Japan, they were called the Centenary, to avoid confusion with Toyota's flagship car.
Obviously, they were only sold in markets where Daimler's were sold, typically UK, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Japan. Made in both RHD and LHD I have seen more RHD examples than LHD. They do come up for sale occasionally, but are not cheap.
Interior was one of two colours only: Silk (very pale cream ) or Mushroom (light brown), so you'll never see one in black.

Thanks. Lots of drool over here. Do the seatbacks recline directly, or ony via the bottoms sliding forward? E32 does the latter; W140 reclining bench does the latter; W14 reclining buckets apparently do both.
I think those were seats in the Daimler Super V8, not an X300. There was also the Majestic, which was a custom service offered by Special Vehicle Operations where they would do a lot of custom colours and options to order. The Prime Ministers cars came from SVO for example, as they had an additional stretch in the back.
Reading that thread, but it is an X308 interior, not 300. However, I gather the two are largely interchangeable, so I could use 308 seats with 300 dash, console, and doorpanels... right?

The dash is where you would probably run into problems going to multiplex on the dash if coming from a X300 chassis base
Interesting. Assuming the quality is there, that just leaves the carpet and doorpanels, which I suppose can be painted (it's leather I've never seen a good recoloring of).

I have not used myself but have seen good reports in the Facebook groups.
Only problem was with colour match if just changing one seat, but that’s not an issue in your case as you will be replacing all the seats.
