May i suggest you get the Service Manual via this page:

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...k-links-20088/

Scroll down till you see the "X300 Service Manuals 95, 96, 97 ..." link, which brings you to a download page. This gets you the Service Manual in PDF format.

Translation:

Sway bar = stabilizer bar

Control Arm = wishbone

Shock absorber = Damper

You've got the right pages, you should be all set now that you know the names

Did you check the pages that follow ... diagrams showing the components parts and their "Jag" names?

For example, some manufacturers refer to the sway bar as a stabilizer bar.

Is this right

Sway Bar Bushing ( Need torque For 2 bolts on the bracket) 22-28Nm
Sway bar Links (Need Torque For top and bottom bolt) 52-64Nm

Upper Control Arm Bushing ( Steering Knuckle) 62-78Nm (Fulcrum Bolts)
Lower Control Arm Bushing (Steering Knuckle) 47-63nm (Fulcrum Bolts)

Front Shocks ( Need Torque for top Bolt And Bottom Bolts)
Top nut Shock Bushing 15.5-20.5 nm
Lower Shock Bushing Nut 48-60Nm

Then Im replacing the Upper And Lower Ball Joints

I Need The Torque for the lower ball joints 5 bolt On the bottom of it and the toque for the nut that goes on the ball joint

and for the top i need the 2 bolts toque that hold in it and the torque for the nut that goes on the ball joint

Yes those are correct.

Ball joint nuts are the first two on the first page 62-78Nm
The lower ball joint set screws are 28-34Nm
The upper Durlock bolts are 70-90Nm
