Hi forumites, the low headlamp on the right side of my 1997 XJ6 Vanden Plas will not light. I changed the bulb and checked the fuse. The smaller lamps around it in the same enclosure are fine. Anyone encounter this ever? Thanks in advance — Stephen in Vermont

The big relays can be stuck by the sealing O - ring with the socket , penatraing oil helps

I've had trouble with the socket being loose on the h1 bulbs. Everytime I have to tighten them with pliers.
