Default Low speed clatter from rear

Hi- ‘96 XJ12 has a clatter at low speeds, from the rear, especially when turning. This XJ12 is just on the road after major suspension work (all bushings and mounts up front, new shocks and foam bits all around) new carrier bearing, driveshaft u joints, transmission mount. You can hear the clatter plainly around 15-16 seconds into this 30 second you tube video. So what do I throw parts at next?

The sound is like a low rumble

Cheaper things is like a muffler mount rattle and some other things that may have been disturbed in the last section 19 of the TBS table

The turning is a clue of putting a mechanical load on one side , does it accure on both turn directions ?

Parker your suggestion of TSB 19 was a fantastic and well educated guess! Without even putting the car back on the lift I will say with 99% certainty you a correct. I did not even vaguely attempt to set the parking brake cable when I put this car together. I just put enough tension on that it wouldn’t fall apart. I will set the parking brake cable ASAP.

The parking brake , if that , is an interesting bit of kit that others have gone through except myself

Exhaust hangers ?

There should be some info in the large manual I split up and posted as 5 parts in post # 4 in the link below

I'm sure others have some info on freeing things up as I have seen a couple of post in the past

Section 12 . 1 . 7 of the 3rd partition pages 201 - 300

It's kind of funny; I just fixed mine. I put some buttle around the cable and on the drive shaft where it was hitting and the noise is gone. We will see how long it lasts
