I voted for croft but these are too big and ruin look of the car not to mention poor riding comfort .

I voted for the Donningtons, but is was a "push came to shove" decission.

As said, toooooo big for the Jag, and destroys the look , and ride would be horrible.

Mine has the "poverty pack" steel wheels and plastic covers, in 16", and I am looking, one day, for mags for it, but 17" would be the MAX for me, and I do rather like some of the XJ8 rims I have seen, but hard to find at a reasonable price, and undamaged.

Down here the offset is a problem for most wheel manufacturers, and the 120.65 drilling radius is also NOT common, so blanks of the correct (or close) offset, and have them drilled is the only "legal" way.

Um...er....sorry if this offends but is there a "none of the above" choice?

Seriously, I don't think this type of wheel suits the car at all. Do you want the wheels and the car to compliment each other? Or do you simply want the car to be a mounting fixture to showcase big-bigger-biggest wheels?

Cheers
DD

No offense, but those wheels and tires makes the car look "ghetto." I would get the orignal rims or something very similar and the standard sized tires.

thnx for the comments, and to clarify this is a quick mock up(like the description says), i sized the rims to original tire size, because if i shrink rim pix any smaller they become way to pixalated, and @ retromotors, you are one funny person, im not a crackhead nor have i ever done drugs!!!! and to ppl that voted on this poll, thnx for your input....

I did go for croft, but IMO you'll ruin the car with any of those purchases, unless they are in a smaller size. The styling allows for 19" and smaller only.

I suggest this thread for seeing some custom wheels on a big European luxury sedan:

Well stated, Doug ! (Heck, I can't "see the car", because the rims are *horribly* distracting).

I vote for "none of the above".
