Question

Above the rear window of my XJR there are two fixture-like things inset into the ceiling. They look like something once fit into them, any clues?

Rear reading lights maybe? Got to be more specific on location. In my XJR I have two reading lights by rear window but there more on the sides...

Are you talking about the thing on the rear window? I wondered what that was until I realized it's some sort of antennae that's built in to the glass....

Those are for the rear sun screen.

Never seen a USA car that actually had the screen...probably a regulatory issue.
