Radiator grill badge
hello folks,
XJR hood and front grill is going to be painted (stone chips)
I have removed the radiator grill, but how do I remove the flat badge on the radiator grill?
It's item #10 in the attached picture.
The back has 2 little small sticks. The badge seems to be glued/bonded to the grill. No screws, no clips, etc..

Hi, 96x300,
It is in fact held on by some sort of adhesive. Had mine off a few weeks ago to be painted from the mess made by highway debris. There's no other clips or anything to worry about removing first. When it came time to fasten it, I just used two-sided, outdoor tape strategically cut to fill the back of the growler prior to lining up the rear protrusions to the grille itself after paint was completed and sat for a week.

Use some fishing line (or something similar) to first break the 'seal' starting at bottom of badge. Side to side motions pushing upward til you reach those pins. Should be able to pry off at that point.
