I am in the process of manual swap my xjr and I need to remove the spacer plate that sits between the engine and transmission. I have removed all the bolts I can see but it is still stuck in place. Is there something i have missed? or is it just a case of jently violence with wood and a hammer to knock it loose?

 

There are two bolts that are bolted through the oil pan that attach to that spacer. Access is from underneath. No violence of any kind is required...good luck
