Hi everyone, I recently bought a software program from Amazon that reportedly said it was good for a 1997 XJ6, but it was obvious from further browsing that it was for an XJ8. I would like to see if anyone could point me in the right direction to getting the proper manual for a 1997 XJ6. Much thanks.

 

I believe Jaguar Heritage still has a CD for the X300 model.

 

+1 on the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (jaguarheritage.com). The manual DVDs are affordable and worth the money.

It's also worth perusing the files available for free from this forum in the 'HOW TO' quick links thread on the home page of this X300 forum (including the DOWNLOAD link). You just never know what you may find, such as this huge document (unzip the files to a new folder on your computer and start with the README file):
