Default Use the key

I know this sounds obvious, but I have actually run into this when my girlfriend started pushing buttons. Your car is stuck in valet mode, the only way to get it out is to open the trunk with the black master key. The green key will not work. The problem here is that the key is rarely used in the trunk in these cars because you can open it electronically so they have a tendency to seize. Spray some WD40 in the key hole and gently work the key in there until she comes open. Trust me the key is not pushing a button like when you roll up the windows it will physically move the lock mechanism so it may take some gentle force.
