Default Revs high when hot

When the engine is cold after about 10 min driving the idle speed gets higher and higher.. if the car sits in the sun for a few hours then the idle speed is high from the beginning ..anyone know the cure

Start by looking at fuel trims (there are 4) when it does that.

When was the last time you replaced the Coolant Temp Sensor. Cheap and easy.

I’ll try that next..I think that’s when it all started ..that was replaced when they were trying to fix the heater.. I’ll let you know if it works
