As an update to all you very helpful chaps......Brendan b1mcp was spot on. The O2 Sensors were crossed despite them being hooked up correctly per the Sensor Map. I had the telltale indications on the ODB2 scanner of 25 and -25 of STFT1 and STFT2 as seen in the short video. The temperature was a red herring as I took the video right after starting up the engine and it hadn't warmed all the way up yet.
I swapped the sensors 3 days ago and the CEL is now clear and no misfires. In the previous thread that he pointed to above he explained that the ECU determines which sensor is connected to which input and programs it accordingly at the outset so the original ones were probably swapped from what the drawing shows from day 1. So when I put them back per the drawing the were not the way the ECU is programmed for.

Thank you Brendan. If you wouldn't have responded to my post I don't know that I'd have ever figured it out.

I'm glad it's sorted.

Understanding and following the diagnostic data is critical, together with knowledge of what you are working on. In some cases it's a slam dunk.
