My car will only deliver cold air. To get the heat to come out, I have to shut off the control panel with the off button...wait a moment and turn it back on. Then, I get all the heat that I want with all functions normal.

Shut the car off, turn the car on and have to complete the cycle to get heat again.

Is my control panel not opening the heater valve?

 

I've got a solar sensor code...so I'm gonna try replacing that. Next, will be an Ebay control panel replacement.
