today i will replace outer tie rods, top and bottom wheel bearings.
so i replaced my driver outer tie rod end and i had to bend the threaded part so it could go back in. on other cars i have never had to do that. i normally replace them when they can be easily moved back n forth. i could not get it in with out moving it a little. is that normal for the xj300?
also when i remove the stub axle assembly all i need to do is
remove caliper and set to side
Remove outer tie rod end
remove upper ball joint and separate
remove lower ball joint bolts( bottom of it) and then remove nut and sepperate
this will allow me to pull off the stub axle correct?
