It’s just hanging out there in the luggage compartment fuse box

 

There was some sort of diode for shipping the car and was removed by the dealer

I can be wrong

I saw it somewhere in a document

I think a diode was attached to the battery positive post

Can you tell the other attach point ?

 

It goes all the way to the passage side ?

 

My truck release button is not working..not sure if that’s the reason?

Any hint that it is brown / black stripe wire ?

The wire in question may not be a accurate color code as this wire is a by the way , put this in there

Motorcarman ( Bob ) would know more about this

The BT4 connector pin 22 is above the fuel tank behind the large baggage compartment panel

Avoid disconnecting this connector as there are problems getting it back together
