Winter weatherizing and rain ingress prevention
Despite getting a new windshield last year i still get some rain water getting in at the dashboard. I couldn't find a thread on how to prevent water leaks, particularly around the body control module and ecu which can play havoc when wet. What are the best ways of sealing the body for leaks and where are the leak points? I'm doing quite a bit of work around the trunk and windshield areas right now and want to get this done - although the car is indoors now I've had to put a car cover on in the past to prevent leaks.
Q in Hong Kong had a front windshield leak after windshield replacement other than the sheet metal split at the top of the front quarter panels under the wiper arm trough , this was a source of ECU ingress I digress
Resolve his apparently
There is the 4 drain lines for the roof with the rear 2 important to not have the rear tire arches rust, sometimes happens from reading

On the rear portion of the right front quarter panel there is a rubber drain line so it is possibly the evaporator drain
