wont turn over
If this has anything to do with the accident, check the fuel inertia switch. It's in the right front footwell, behind the carpet. Push the button on the top down and see if that gets you anywhere. Check your other post about the body parts, I have what you need.
Passenger's side front foot well, right front corner, maybe six inches above the floor, you don't have to remove the vinyl side panel to press the button...just pull the carpet back a little. It's a soft round rubber button cover on top of the inertia switch, about 1" in diameter. I just pushed the one on my '97 VDP, so that's where it is.
car is at mechanic, they got it to turn over but wont fire. Thanks for your help so far JagTech.

I talked to your guy today, he verified that there was no injector pulse along with no fuel pump feed, so the ECM relay sounds like the next problem...and it's right in the area where the car took the hit. Hoping to hear back when the car is running, call me if you're still hung up.
