Default X300 Injector operation, hot and grounded by ECU?

Do these injectors work in the 'usual' way, no strange trickery going anywhere?

....so the injectors are 'live' (hot) feed by key ignition and are 'grounded' to cycle (inject) by the ECU (PCM)?

many thanks

BTW, the voltage on the supply lead is monitored, and the pulse width is adjusted to correct for the solenoid open time change due to voltage, according to the Jaguar training manual.

And if it fails the cam sensor is suspect.
