In the late 95 or early 96 dependent on the VIN # there was some changes to the exterior lights and may have involved the interior lights , researching
There is some grounds on the interior lights ( dash lights that I know of ) that may have been disturbed on stereo moving around install , there is 2 pins on the stereo that may have been reversed to ground ( but this would be expected to blow a fuse
With no manual over ride to full bright on the control panel............................
For a fuse diagram see page 17 and on , the # 1 fuse is closest row to the fuse box terminal post
Frankly, I don’t think it’s coming from the radio
because, it is not the original radio, and it worked well before I deface the sun on the passenger side, that I find a cut wire and that makes everything "jumped" by putting it back
See page 120 and 123 for a 96 and note the VIN # effectivity in the bottom right corner of the print
Separate out your effected lights
The BPM at the passenger side behind the glove compartment is not square / accurate on the connector map , ensure the connectors are on but that is a job , pic coming
To remove the BPM from the rack , remove the large black button " Christmas tree "
trim fastener with a trim removal tool or whatever you come up with
