Hey fellas. My x300 base has reached the end of it's service life. I am going to remove some useful parts and then junk it. Does anyone need any parts. The AC compressor is just a few years old. As is the condensor. Cylinder head was rebuilt a few years ago. Some suggestions would be ignition coils, ABS pump, alternator. Just let me know.

 

Sad to see it go. How many miles were on it? Cause of failure?

 

The drivetrain is in great shape. The problem is that all the hard fuel lines as well as the brake lines have rusted having lived in a snowy area all this time. The brake pedal went to the floor and I was going to replace the hardlines only to see the extent of the damage. I have a '96 VDP that will be inheriting some parts.

 

I just acquired a 1995 vanden plas, 6cyl. I need AC, possibley the ABS pump, driver side front abs sensor, passender sidr front turn signal. power extend steerin wheel motor. I'm in Texas.

 

Hey there, By AC do you mean the compressor? I have a good compressor, ABS pump good, turn signal no problem. I'll check on the ABS sensor. The steering motor I never remember it working. I'd rather not sell it to you. Let me know if you are interested.

 

compressor and condensers, yes all of that, if its not too much trouble and too much for shipping.

 

I don't know how much shipping is going to be, but I can tell you the compressor has some weight to it. The condensor should be sent separately since it's so fragile. Oh, by the way, there are two ABS modules. With or without traction control. Which do you have?

 

I am interested in the hood liner if its available, original and have no rips and tears.
And if the trim is oatmeal and the radio is premium with subwoofer i am interested in the parcel shelf too

 

I will check on the hood liner for you. The interior IS oatmeal but no premium stereo. You can cut the hole for the subwoofer with little problem.

 

Point is premium shelf have not only cut but also a trim insert which have the speaker grill and it's different shape than X308 :-(
Since it's oatmeal what is the condition of the central armrest?

It does have cruise control and sure, you can come over. I live in northwestern Alabama.

 

AC parts probably not worth the hassle/shipping. I am still interested in the passenger side front turn signal. Do you know if its the same as on my 1995 vanden plas?

 

I no longer need the ABS module.

 

I have a '96 ADP and it's the same.

 

Not sure if you get under your car much, but I have a 95 VDP missing the "stone guard" on the flywheel housing.
