Stay with the stock bushing would be my advice, less harsh and easy enough to change out.

There are different densities , softer for yours .Harder for the SC models

See link :

and :

Lower bushings are also suggested to change as I can see daylight through mine .

It's been suggested to stay with the original Jaguar part from the dealer as the others do not last long .

Called jaguar today the piece is discontinued... I will get the urethane one or I found somebody on ebay selling the original one hoping it's still in good conditions.

please correct me if I am wrong. Each side of the upper shock bushing has 2 bushings ? so I need total of 4 ?
Anyway I am not able to find the original jaguar ones. They are not available anymore.

The original ones were recommended for the lower ones on the lower end of the shocks , my bad

the top end of the shocks take a total of 4 of the different part # as the tall donut shape .

I have not shopped for them

The ones for the rear as item # 17 :

The front ones apear to be item # 13 :

As to the quality of this product source is not known to me .

Incidentally I am fixing my front suspension system as well. I had genuine Jaguar insulation pad (Item 8) on the first diagram of Lady P's Post above (and see picture below),

but these factory pads while doing their job to ensure a quality ride, do not last as long as one would have liked, although longer than average after-market products. The mechanic knows some more durable ones which I am trying on.

As for other bushings, yes stay with factory originals if you can still find them. I have decided to go for Powerflex Purple and Black as it is easier to find a full set (and they have good diagrams showing you which is which) rather than hunting down on individual factory bushings as one or two are no longer available or you would have to go to different sources to find a full set. British Parts has the full set as well but those bushings do not last very long (9 months?). See pictures.

I really do not notice much difference compared to the old original ones (Which where so far destroyed) maybe slightly "harder/firmier" but I think they are good.
