The O2 sensors are not used until coolant above 165 F
right engine bay fuse box either # 10 ,,12 . 14 , or 16
The sensors are heated by this for them to output correctly , O2 sensor physics

Which right? Looking at the windshield or from the windshield?
Your perspective IS ALWAYS determined seated in the driver's seat, irrespective of left- or right-hand steering, looking out across the bonnet.
Stick to that method and won't become confused.

Update!
Car is running fine now. Drives great, idles smooth and no more over fueling. Decent fuel economy
Injectors serviced
MAF replaced
Cold air intake
New spark plugs
exhaust manifold leak fixed
Next is rebuilding the steering rack then stripping the car for repaint.
I want to extend my thanks to all the great folks on here. You guys were a great help
Cheers!!

Rack info for your ZF 7852 series filed below , file now found
There is a common gap in the chassis rails mounting blocks to the rack assembly that has an aftermarket shim to get rid of the daylight gap you can see from looking from above with a light source below
E - bay part # SPC 1059
These can still be installed with no rack removal
