01 xjr bolt pattern

The bolt pattern should work, although the Jag's pattern is 120.65mm X 5.
Are those wheels for a BMW?

I'll leave the offset and fender question open, but address the bolt pattern. Owning both Jaguars and a BMW, the .65mm is a "problem". Also, both these wheels rely on a hub-centric centering system, but they are different. Even if you can get the hub-centric part working, you don't want to try to "crunch" the .65mm bolt pattern difference.
If you just have to have these, and the offset/fender clearances are answered by someone, the only correct way to do these is to have a spacer machined with the correct bolt on pattern/hub for the Jaguar, but with studs pressed in on a different circle pattern and hub shoulder machined in for the BMW wheel needs.
