Default 03 XJR LH Front seat control

LH Front seat switches no longer elicit any movement- however the memory switch on the door panel moves the seat to whatever position the memory was programmed to..as always- thanks for any insight!

Have you checked connections at the switch unit?

I had my switch pack go out about 10 yrs ago, some directions wouldn't work (like yours). I got lucky and found a NOS in my color from a Jag supplier. There are a number on eBay to choose from.
Your only other choice is to pull the switch, if you haven't already to check it...but from how you write, I'd say you've probably done this already.

There’s a high probability that the wires going from the seat switch to the seat ECU have went open circuit. We’ve done several seat wiring harness repairs for that very reason. You must remove the seat and then the seat bottom cushion has to be removed for access to the wiring harness.

Thanks! The task of removing the seat with it lowered all the way down will be the next task......
