It’s with a heavy heart that I post the demise of my 99 XJR. The knock is coming from deep under the SC. I removed the SC belt and checked the tensioners for wear. Everything checks.

I have a rebuilt TB, SC, BCM, New-coils, plugs, cam covers, transmission valve body, transmission valve spring and control harness, new transmission solenoids, newer tires, 5 stock rims, driver seat skin.

I wanted to rebuild the engine but it looks like it would be around $8,500 to do the work in Portland Oregon. I would like to sell some parts before I send it to its final resting place.

Insure it heavily and put a TRUMP sticker on it.
Some will be along soon so you can claim it as a total loss..

 

more so, if you park in blm downtown it should be done within few hours
