Angry 2000 xjr
I have a question does this model has a duel fuel pump (meaning 2) or does it only have 1. I got recent service done and was charged for 2 fuel pumps...is this correct or wrong.

XJR/XKR have 2 fuel pumps in the tank (and 2 fuel pump relays). Cars with normally aspirated engines have a single pump (and relay).

Yes, the XJR has two fuel pumps - one for normal operation and one for additional flow for high performance. If you lose one, you won't know (usually) till the second one fails also.
