You've posted in the wrong forum.

Your car is an X308 model series. If you post in the forum for the X308 1997-2003, you should get some answers. However, it does look as if you might have a head gasket failure, but I'm not an expert on these particular V8 engines.

Welcome to the forum AbasttaJuan007,

I've moved your question from X351 to X308 forum. This is the place to post questions about your model.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. Default White Smoke

I'm with Fraser: The head gasket fault is a real good bet, especially when also losing coolant. Easiest, quickest way to find out if that's it and which cylinder is a compression test on all cylinders. If it's a head gasket, that cylinder will, of course, be below the others. But, that test is not certain to find a small leak or multiple leaks
If it idles rough with a one weak cylinder, low compression will very likely show. And, that spark plug may also look pretty cold, but, maybe not dead. If it idles smoothly, I don't think a leak that small will show on a compression check, but, still the plug might look colder than others. Would take more ideas than I have now.
BTW, the oil pan isn't getting coolant is it? If so, the oil pump will get coolant while the dipstick shows oil. Only way you can initially tell is if the level is rising. Draining the oil may be a smart part of this checkup.
