2001 jaguar vp (x308) p1798 and p1642

2001 jaguar vp (x308) p1798 and p1642
My x308 has been sitting for about 3 months, and when I was able to get it started so I can use it, restricted performance in on a code reader read p1798 and p1642. I’ve looked up online for information and see what caused it and seeing what needs to be done to clear the codes and it really confused the hell out of me lol. Anyone knows what these codes mean?

I'd suspect the battery voltage is low. After the car has been running a while or after a charge, what does it read? it should be about 14v while running and a bit under that when fully charged. Is it's in the 12v range when stopped, that's a problem with these cars.
