2002 XJR 100
Good afternoon. I am looking at purchasing a friends XJR 100 and was interested in any comments about the vehicle. He purchased it new and it has been well maintained. It currently has 33,500 miles and it looks to be in perfect condition. I have always admired the car and it would be my first Jaguar. He is offering it to me for $22,500. I believe that to be a very fair price. That being said, I am pretty frugal and do not want a car that could be maintainance money drain. How expensive is routine maintainance? Also, I have three small children and occasionally will have other adults in the rear seats, are they cramped? I think it is a beautiful car! Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated.

no it's a well sized rear seat and very comfortable to drive..seem s like a very good price for such a rare car.. tires can be pricey.. and brakes as well.. but as long as you don't abuse the car the maintenece is ok for such a fast and expensive car.. i wud buy it for 22k very fast and sexy car.

pads have come down in price pads for front $ 480 and rear $300 rotors are about 2k front and rear.. they do get noisy.. they can last long if taken car of and not abused.. pads use to $800 and $600
